How do I determine if a part will fit my car?

Feel Free to reach out to us if you are unsure about fitment, sizing, or have a general question on a part for your vehicle and we will gladly assist.

  • Where do my parts ship from?

    Your order will either ship from our USA warehouse or location in Osaka, JP. The order total will always include the correct shipping cost regardless of where it ships from.

  • Can you source a specific part?

    Yes! If you are a looking for a specific item or part for your vehicle, please reach out to us and we will let you know what is currently available for purchase within Japan.

  • UpGarage or Yahoo Auction Services

    When it comes to larger items such as wheels, seats, and aero, air shipping can be extremely costly. With our combined shipping, we can cut down costs for each customer, while still providing a fast delivery time.

  • Can I pick my parts up in person?

    You are more than welcome to pick the parts up in person! Please contact us to schedule an appointment if you would like to do so.

  • What can I ship from Japan?

    We have sourced anything from stuffed animals to food for customers! If US customs will allow it to be imported, we are more than happy to help you!

  • My part arrived, but it's broken, what now?

    If there is any damage or damage other than what is stated in the listing, it is insured by the shipping company we used for the full amount.

  • I ordered a new part, when do I receive tracking information?

    Most orders for new parts will ship directly to you from the manufacturer. We will send you tracking within an hour of receiving it from them.
